Looking for Donations
2 Jan by Monique Maloney
To all Casey Softball Clubs,
I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to request your support for Alysha’s Army’s upcoming Brain Cancer Awareness event, Purple Round, which will take place on February 8th.
Alysha’s Army is dedicated to raising awareness and funding for brain cancer research in honour of Alysha, and we need your help to make this event a success. We are organizing a raffle and merchandise table, and we would greatly appreciate any donations your club could contribute.
Items for the raffle (such as gift baskets, vouchers, cupcakes/cookies, etc.) would be incredibly valuable in helping us raise funds and awareness for this important cause.
In addition to donations, we’d love to ask if you can encourage your players and members to wear something purple on February 8th in support of this cause. It’s a simple way for everyone to show their solidarity and help spread awareness.
All donations will go directly towards brain cancer research and supporting those affected by this devastating illness. The cutoff date for donations is Saturday, February 1st. Please make sure to let Carolyn or Stacey know what your donations are by this date. If you’re able to donate or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for considering our request and for your continued support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the fight against brain cancer.
Warm regards,
Stacey Philpot and Carolyn Brook.
If anyone would like to donate please let us know and we will put you in touch the Carolyn and Stacey.
Regards
Monique.
